Great news .... group classes are back
Although we still can't use the gym, we can now start offering small group classes from next Monday 8th June at West Parly Sports club field. The class times will be confirmed soon and uploaded onto Go Team Up for you to book onto, please be aware of those still working when booking on so that everyone can train.
The classes will be limited to 5 people as by Government guidelines stating groups of 6 from different house holds can meet up now. Due to everyone having the gyms kit at home I ask you bring your own kit to sessions or let me know and I'll have spare available. This will also save time on cleaning requirements at the end of each session.
The session structure will cover -
- Warm up
- Skill or lift
The sessions will be designed to correct any bad habits due to lock down and rebuild intensity for those with minimal training over lock down.
The session will be 40mins long to help with transition over to gym based classes, which I expect to run the same way to begin with.
