5 x 5 
WOD - 9 rounds 
8 Deadlifts
6 Hang Power Cleans
5 Front Squats
4 Shoulder to Overhead

everytime you drop the bar perform 3 bar facing burpees 
at the end of the 9th round perform 30 burpees
