To celebrate the end of the Open and to have a little easter social CFB are putting on a little competition for all levels to take part in.

Unless you Squat like this you need to spend time working with a ball facing the wall, build up strength in your air squat and you'll move faster and lift more weight

Please please make sure you count your reps few of us have been standing back and counting people at random and a few of you seem to think its ok to miss off 2-5 reps on burpees in last nights WOD to get a high score. The truth comes out on fridays when your counted and you don't do as well as your not used to the rep range, please try your best to keep count
