Summer is coming so get outside and do something different 

For time choose one of the below 
Run - 5km 
Swim - 800m
Ride - 15km

Hey,I'm starting to really like this guy! The first day I did 2 rounds and 30 lunges (too tired to make it the rest of the way). But although I was tired and my muscles were saying "help me, please!" I felt so much better after this workout. Not sure why, but I love it.Thank you!!!
