Goat killer

The Below work out will be done as follows in your 1st round you will have 40 seconds to hit a number between example 10-50 double unders that number will then be your working number for the remaining sets, and you'll rest for 20 seconds before moving onto the next movement

Part A

10 min EMOM

odd - 10-50 Double unders
even - 10-20 Push ups

rest 5 mins

Part B

10 min EMOM

odd - 5-10 Pistols e/l
even - 10- 25 Arm haulers
