- Power snatch

2 reps @ 80% at the top of each minute for 10 minutes

- Isobel has balls 

In 5 min window:
30 snatches 42.5/60kg (masters 35/50kg)
Then max wall balls 7/9kg @ 9'/10' (masters use 8'/9')
Score is no. of wall balls


Any type of snatch is permitted but it must be one clear movement! Wall balls must touch the wall at or above the target, full depth on the squat must be achieved!
