A - Warm Up

15 burpees
15 back ext 
15 power snatches 
B - Mobility 
Snatch prep 
C- In 10 mins 
1rm Snatch 
rest 1 min 
D - 20 snatches at 80% 1rm
100 air squats 
200 double unders 
E - 3mins bridge hold
