B -  mobility - hamstrings
C - Dead lifts 
3-3-3-3-3
max clapping push ups between sets 
D - 5 sets max reps:
1 min - KB swings @24/16kg 
1 min - Push press 30/10
1 min - burpees 
rest 1 min 
E - Turkish Getups 10 reps for max weight
