A - Warm Up
3 rounds
broad jumps
15 grass hoppers
15 push ups
15 sit ups
B - Within 30 mins
run 800 meters
ladder remaining time
4 Front Squats @ 40/30kg
4 STOH @40/30kg
4 Arm Haulers
increase by 4 reps each round
